Recently, we have witnessed a trend in designing office spaces as open offices. This approach brings the advantage of collaborative work and eliminates the isolation associated with small office spaces. However, it is also accompanied by the disadvantage of increased noise. Therefore, we have developed solutions aimed at regulating noise in these spaces. Our solutions focus on various areas, including call centers, shared workspaces, and conference rooms.

Examples from our implementations

Task: Improving reception acoustics
Description and solution: After an initial consultation and space inspection, we chose the ceiling as the surface for installing acoustic panels. Elegant circular clouds in white nicely complement the entrance areas of the company. Although it may seem that the installation of cables and pipes may be obstructive, the opposite is true. Clouds set at a greater distance from the ceiling have an even better acoustic effect than those that cannot be set away from the ceiling. Upon the customer's request, reverberation measurement was also performed.

Task: Echo reduction in the conference room
Description and solution: Conference rooms often have only basic office equipment such as a table, chairs, screen, projector, or some decoration. Straight walls, hard floors, and table surfaces create an ideal reflective surface for sound waves. This creates unpleasant reverberation. It's harder to concentrate, and we get tired faster. After consultation and space inspection, we chose horizontal ceiling acoustic panels - clouds, of a circular shape in an elegant white color. Considering the other elements in the office, the white color does not visually disturb and elegantly complements the office design.

Task: Echo reduction in offices
Description and solution: After space inspection and consultations, we agreed with the investor to use ceiling acoustic panels. We chose ART clouds, which we manufacture in various shapes. For this space, triangular shapes with rounded corners in a combination of colors - white, gray, yellow were selected. Narrow LED lights are placed between the panels.

Task: Conversation attenuation on partitions and increased privacy during conversation
Description and solution: Modern open spaces bring one fundamental problem. When communicating with an employee, the sound spreads around. In addition to other customers being able to hear the conversation, it is disturbing for other partitions, and customers do not have sufficient privacy. We suggested using acoustic partitions - portable. Employees can move them if needed, which is also used when cleaning the spaces. The partitions also contain a non-permeable layer, and they not only dampen the sound but also isolate it.
