Product Description

Akufon BL (seamless slat) is a wooden panel, with tongue and groove on the side edges, allowing for the assembly of seamless continuous surfaces. Veneered surface with acoustic properties predetermine this product for any space.

Design of the Seamless Slat BL wooden panel

1. Standard design - 18mm thick panel made of MDF material with the above dimensions perforated with grooves 2mm thick spaced at 16 or 32mm intervals. The edges of the panel are provided with tongue and groove so that their connection creates a continuous jointless surface divided by grooves. In the standard design, it is made of MDF material. If a reduced flammability class A or B is required, the panel will be made of material with the required flammability.

2. Surface treatment The lamella can be lacquered veneer or HPL laminate. Available designs are selected from the production of Egger or Kronospan company. More at surfaces

3. A sound-absorbing insert is supplied for the slats with a thickness of 33 or 50mm and sheet metal clips for mounting the slats. It is installed similarly to the Tatransky profile. (See Installation on the left)

Usage Options

The acoustic wall panel Akufon BL is designed to reduce reverberation time not only in home cinemas, but also in social spaces, theaters, cinemas, sound studios, lecture halls, etc. Color variability provides a tool for aesthetic interior design. The panel consists of a 16-18mm thick board with a tongue and groove. The core of the panel consists of an acoustically effective layer of Natural laminated with acoustically transparent black fabric

Surface - Laminate
Laminate as the surface treatment of MDF core is indistinguishable from natural wood.

Laminate surfaces - Individual surfaces undergo changes and can be selected from Egger or Kronospan production.

Veneered surface is a real wooden surface for places with maximum quality requirements.

Veneer surfaces - Veneers are composed to order and we recommend requesting a sample for larger quantities.

Montáž panelov Akufon BL je jednoduchá a vhodná do takmer každého priestoru. Kladenie lamely môže byt vertikálne aj horizontálne, čomu je potrebné prispôsobit podkladove latovanie.

Montáž panelov Akufon BL

Na stenu, kde budú aplikované lamely akustického obkladu Akufon BL predsadíme CD profily alebo drevené hranoly každých 60 cm vertikálne s odsadením podľa predpisu akustika.
Tanierovými hmoždinkami alebo stavebným lepidlom nalepíme pohltivé dosky OBIFON Natural na stenu s čiernou povrchovou úpravou vpred.
Začíname zo spodu prilepením prvej lamely akustického obkladu. Lamely je možné aplikovať aj šróbovaním o podklad, respektíve sponkovaním cez drážku.
V miestach, kde nie je možné aplikovať plechové klipy by sa spoje lamiel nemali stretávať v jednej línii, preto ich aplikujeme s posunutím voči sebe.
Do hornej drážky lamely zasunieme perko a plechový klip, ktorý upevníme o CD profil.
Do perka zasunieme drážkou daľšiu lamelu. Zasunieme do hornej drážky perko a upevníme klipy. Takto postupujeme až po vrch steny.
Hornú lamelu zapílime po dĺžke v potrebných rozmeroch, a túto nalepíme PU tmelom o CD profily alebo šróbovaním.
Rohy riešime stolárskymi postupmi, respektíve podľa obrázku.
Pozor na vlhkosť priestoru, ktorá nesmie presiahnuť 65% a klesnúť pod 35%, inak môže dôjsť k objemovým zmenám obkladu.

Panely AKUFON sú vyrábané z MDF dosky v bežnom prevedení alebo tažko horľavého materiálu GRENAMAT.
Horľavosť: Panel je zaradený podľa STN EN 13501-1 do skupiny A₂,S₁,d₀ ako nehorľavý alebo B,S₁,d_{0 pri použiti GRENAMATU a D S1d0 pri použití MDF dosky}

Odolnosť voči vlhku

Dosky Akufon neodolávaju pôsobeniu vlhkosti vyššej ako 60% v odvetrávanom priestore

Mechanické vlastnosti

Panely AKUFON majú výbornú odolnosť voči nárazu a sú vhodne aj do športových priestorov.

Hygiena a čistenie panelov

Čistenie mäkkým kartáčom a vysávačom, prípadne vlhkou handričkou.
