A hard felt acoustic panel with a thickness of 12mm, featuring a marbled surface in various shades of white, gray, and black, with a milled surface in various patterns. Transition from a flat and smooth surface to a finely detailed patterned surface according to the offered patterns or your own design. The advantage of the material is its flexibility into curves according to the density of vertical grooves.
The V-cut Venecia variant consists of straight lines with transverse lines at various spacings. This pattern mainly differs in the spacing between the lines, which can vary, being smaller on one side of the panel and larger on the other. Horizontal lines can be milled upon request.

Ekosound V-cut Panel Variants
Dimensions:
The dimensions of the basic panel are max. 1000 x 2400 mm. The thickness is 12mm. From this dimension, we can format any size according to your request with the corresponding pattern. Larger panels are composed of several types.
1. Variant - Milled surface
The surface is milled with a "V" groove at a 30o angle to a depth of 6mm. The top width of the groove is approximately 7.5mm. The pattern and type of milling are selected according to the template.
It is possible to combine non-milled panels with milled ones, as well as to combine colors or strips of panels
Acoustic Properties
1. Variant - directly on the wall or with a spacing of 400 mm
The absorption curve of the Ekosound Hard panel with a thickness of 12mm directly on the wall and with a spacing of 400mm as clouds, for example, it is advantageous to hang it in the space as clouds, baffles, or as cassettes.
2. Variant - cubes are glued to a panel with higher sound absorption
In case of higher acoustic requirements, we can supply a panel with a thickness of 50 mm, with the milled panel glued to a sound-absorbing material.

The surface of Ekosound - V cut panels is melange in shades of gray. It can be color-adjusted upon request, but the marbling remains visible. The hard surface and excellent acoustics make it ideal as a wall covering with high mechanical load. The thickness of the panel is 12mm.
